US Lighting Group to enter RV market

US Lighting Group Inc. (OTC: USLG) in Euclid plans to grow by entering the recreational vehicle manufacturing market.

The company will form a new business entity, Cortes Campers, to make travel trailers and campers, according to a news release. US Lighting Group CEO Paul Spivak in the release said the idea for Cortes Campers came about as the company was working to sell its RV Energy Management System to RV manufacturers. Spivak saw an “untapped opportunity” to make the vehicles with high quality materials and without wood.

“The new RVs will be handcrafted from aerospace materials for exceptional weight, strength and thermal properties. The exterior design features the Cortes Campers honeycomb Monoshell core, made from biaxial aluminized fiberglass material, carbon fiber and marine-grade gelcoats,” Spivak said in the release.

The company plans to sell the vehicles through its own dealer network and with exclusive licensed U.S. distributors.
