Anyone who wants to take college credit classes at Wayne Community College this spring can still get into condensed courses.
In order to sign up for Spring II courses, which provide a full semester’s material in an eight-week format, students must first be accepted into the college. The admission application and instructions are available at the college’s Web site (www.waynecc.edu/apply-now/), in the Admissions Office on the main campus, and the college’s offices on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
Potential students can register for Spring II courses 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 3 and during regular office hours every other day now through March 5.
The courses start March 9 and run through May 8.
Tuition and fees for the term must be paid by noon on March 6. Information on options for assistance with paying college expenses is available on the college’s website and from the college’s Financial Aid Office.
Nearly seven dozen courses are scheduled for the Spring II term. They include a variety of topics ranging from Introduction to Business, Introduction to Computers, Writing and Inquiry, American History, Principles of Marketing, General Psychology, and more. There is a mix of seated, online, and hybrid delivery options.
A complete list of Spring II courses can be found at www.waynecc.edu/course-schedules/.
