Wake County officials say they hope to finish laptop, hotspot distribution by Friday :: WRAL.com

The Wake County School System says it hopes all students will have access to devices ahead of the start of classes on Monday. Friday ended the 2 week orientation period in Wake County, where students were not required to have access to a device to start orientation. If students didn’t have access, it was OK.

AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT WAS HOPING TO HAVE ALL OF THOSE DISTRIBUTED BY TODAY, THEY STARTED DISTRIBUTING LAPTOPS AND HOTSPOTS ON THE 17th TO STUDENTS. WE WILL FIND OUT AT THIS MORNING’S BRIEFING IS THERE ON TRACK WITH THE TIMELINE.
