Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 6, 2020, United Natural Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing that it has entered into a long-term supply agreement to
serve as the primary grocery wholesaler to Key Food Stores Co-Operative, Inc. A
copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K. Exhibit 99.1 shall not be “filed” for purposes of
Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange
Act”) or otherwise subject to liabilities under that Section and shall not be
deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the
Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act.
