Turkish Cargo expands network with new Quito route

Turkish Cargo has expanded its flight network with the addition of a new destination: Quito, Ecuador’s capital.

From March 7, Turkish Cargo will operate flights to Quito twice a week using Boeing 777F freighters, taking the route: Istanbul – New York – Quito – Curaçao – Maastricht.

Quito – known for being an exporter of flowers, textiles, and foods including sugar, cacao, bananas, palm oil and coffee – is “not only an important cultural and financial center but also possesses a significant export and import potential”, Turkish Cargo commented in a statement.

Turkish Cargo currently offers freight capacity to more than 300 destinations worldwide and it serves 89 direct cargo destinations.
