THE WHAT? The Estee Lauder Companies has announced that Gregory F Polcer, Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain will retire this summer after 13 years with the company.
THE DETAILS Polcer will be succeeded by Roberto Canevari who will takeover as EVP, Global Supply Chain from May 1, 2021, allowing a two-month transition period before Polcer leaves the company on July 1, 2021.
Canevari joins Lauder from Unilever where he served as EVP of Supply Chain Europe, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations for the FMCG manufacturer’s European unit. Prior to that he was Chief Supply Chain Officer at Burberry.
