FEMA Representatives Available for Rebuilding Advice | Kentucky News

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — People rebuilding from last month’s deadly tornadoes in Kentucky can get free advice from Federal Emergency Management Agency mitigation representatives.

The representatives will be available at Lowe’s and Home Depot stores in Bowling Green and Mayfield. They will answer questions and offer home improvement tips, ways to reduce damage in the future and tips on rebuilding hazard-resistant homes, FEMA said in a news release.

The locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Jan. 29 but closed on Wednesdays.

The storms last month devastated several Kentucky communities and killed 77 people.
