Mysuru, March 24:- Though the entire state is locked down amid corona scare, a factory owner in the district has not understood the gravity of the situation.
Gluco biotech at Tayuru village of Nanjangud taluk had remained open on Tuesday and was functioning as usual. The factory had functioned on Sunday amid the janata curfew called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The factory owner is not caring about the government order and has continued to operate the factory with full attendance of employees.
Tayuru villagers are up in arms against the factory owner and pelted stones at the factory for violating the government order. They requested Deputy Commissioner Abhiram G Sankar to visit the village and cancel the licence of the factory. (MRKS).
