ZRG Partners Appoints Global Supply Chain & Operations Practice Leader

September 9, 2020 – ZRG Partners has expanded with the addition of Simon Revere to its London office as managing director and leader of the firm’s global supply chain and operations practice.

“Knowing that Simon has collaborated with many of ZRG’s search experts in the past, I’m certain he will be a worthy addition to our team,” said Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG. “I look forward to the success and growth he brings to our London office and beyond.”

Mr. Revere has 20 years of search experience primarily in the consumer space, with prior assignments spanning the CPG, retail, hospitality, travel, and media and entertainment sectors. In addition to establishing his own search and outplacement consulting firm, he previously spent seven years with Korn Ferry, growing the firm’s consumer and supply chain practices in North America and EMEA. Mr. Revere’s functional expertise includes manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain and operations.

“At ZRG, I see the opportunity to be part of something special,” said Mr. Revere. “In addition to working with former colleagues and partners in the industry, I look forward to improving the quality of work we deliver to clients – and working on some great searches.”

ZRG, founded in 1999, is a progressive mid-sized global executive search firm that uses a proven, data-driven approach. Today, ZRG is one of the fastest-growing global firms in the search industry and provides a full suite of retained executive, middle-management, and customized search solutions globally through its offices in North America, Europe, South America and Asia. The firm finds leaders across a broad spectrum of business markets, including aerospace, consumer, education, healthcare services and solutions, industrial, life sciences, non-profit, private equity and venture capital, and technology.

Other Recent Additions

Recently, ZRG added Brian Meany as managing partner and global head of its retail practice. He is based in the firm’s New York City office. Mr. Meany has spent the past 25 years as managing director for Herbert Mines Associates, where he executed C-suite searches across the retail, fashion, wholesale and consumer product industries.

ZRG also bolstered its healthcare, life sciences, IT, tech and fintech practices by adding Shelly Scott, Brian Kelley, Chuck Nees and Abe Doctor as managing directors.

Ms. Scott is a seasoned executive search consultant who brings legal, compliance, risk and privacy functional expertise to ZRG’s healthcare and life sciences practices. With 10 years of executive search experience, she has led searches from chief legal officer and chief compliance officer to vice president of risk management, privacy, investor relations, government affairs, technical operations and performance improvement. Prior to joining ZRG, Ms. Scott spent 10 years with BakerGillmore, a New York area legal and compliance boutique search firm, as chair of its healthcare and life sciences practice.

Mr. Kelley adds 30 years of functional, sales, marketing and operational expertise to ZRG’s healthcare practice. Previously, he spent nearly five years with The Onstott Group, where he was a managing director with a specific focus on the healthcare industry. Before that, he served as a partner with The Buffkin Group. Mr. Kelley operated his own boutique search firm, BTK Associates, from 2005 to 2015.

ZRG Expands in Latin America and Mexico

ZRG Partners expanded its global footprint into Latin America and Mexico with the additions of Manny Corsino and Hugo Lara. “For over a decade, Manny has dedicated himself to bridging the gap between North America and Latin America in the executive search world, and our technology practice will benefit from his valuable industry expertise,” said Larry Hartmann, CEO. “In addition, Hugo’s focus on customers’ needs and people management, as well as his strong consultative and strategic thinking abilities, will be an asset to our Industrial and consumer practices.”

Mr. Nees brings a track record of successful searches for C-suite GM, finance, sales and marketing, HR, operations, I/T, and engineering roles for private, public and family-owned organizations to ZRG’s technology practice. Prior to joining ZRG, Mr. Nees was co-founder of a national boutique search firm, Braswell Nees Group.

Mr. Doctor joins ZRG from TritonExec where he served as managing partner and head of North America, driving double-digit annual growth in the region. Previously, he was with Korn Ferry as a leader in the professional services and digital practices. Most of his executive search career has been as a specialist in business and technology services and in growth markets where the effect of digital transformation has created new industries, including fintech and insur-tech.
