Global freight forwarder and specialised transportation provider UTC Overseas has appointed Jo Ann Zelaya as director, rail, rigging and heavy haul.
Zelaya joins the Houston-headquartered forwarder following a 21-year career working for private stevedores, third-party logistics providers, steamship lines, non-vessel operating common carriers, and over-dimensional rail providers.
