Westfield boards approve James Hardie siding factory

WESTFIELD — James Hardie Building Products has its permits lined up to reopen the former Old Colony Envelope plant as a construction siding factory.

The Conservation Commission approved the project this week, and City Planner Jay Vinskey said this week that it has also cleared the Planning Board.
