GHO Capital Partners invests in Envision Pharma Group
GHO Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm specializing in healthcare investments, has acquired a majority stake in Envision Pharma Group, a healthcare communications firm. The stake was acquired for an undisclosed sum from French private equity firm Ardian.

Fashion brand Axel Arigato wins funding from Eurazeo
Eurazeo, a European private equity firm, has invested €56m in Swedish premium sneaker brand Axel Arigato. The brand generated $40 million in annual sales.

Shoemaker Clarks gets £100m LionRock Capital investment
Hong-Kong based private equity firm LionRock Capital is set to acquire £100m in shoemaker Clarks. The investment will be able to help with the long-term growth of the company.

Leading Investment Company Eurazeo sells stake in Farfetch for €90m deal
Eurazeo sold its entire stake to an online marketplace Farfetch for net proceeds of €90 million. Eurazeo had been a shareholder in Farfetch, as well as multi-brand boutiques with customers in almost 190 countries.

Inspire Brands to buy Dunkin’ Brands donut company for an $8.8 Billion deal
Dunkin Brands is in preliminary talks to sell itself to Inspire Brands, in a deal that could be more than $8.8 billion. Inspire Brands, known as the owner of restaurant chains including Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In , and Jimmy John’s, will take on Dunkin’s per share of $106.50.

Miami’s REEF Technology raises $700M from Softbank and Mubadala
Parking and logistics management software crater REEF Technology has raised $700 million from investors including Softbank and Mubadala. The funds will allow the startup to develop solutions for cloud kitchens, health clinics, logistics and last-mile delivery.

Cytek Biosciences raises $120 million in Series D
Fremont, California-based Cytek, a provider of cell analysis for immunotherapy and infectious disease treatments, has raised funds from investors including RA Capital, Hillhouse Capital, OrbiMed and LYFE Capital.

Edgard & Cooper raises 22 million euros (approx. $26 million) in Series B
Belgium-based startup Edgard & Cooper has raised funds this week to expand its fresh pet foods offering across Europe. London-based investment fund The Craftory led this round.

Cellwize Raises $32M in Series B
Texas-based wireless technology startup Cellwize Wireless Technologies has raised $32 million in new funding. The Series B round was led by Intel and Qualcomm Ventures along with participation from Verizon Ventures and Samsung Next.

Israeli venture capital firm 10D launches a $110 million fund
10D announced a $110 million venture fund for early-stage startups. The company would like to focus on working closely with entrepreneurs and provide mentorship and experience for the business side. The firm is looking at digital health, insurance as well as AI industries where there are great opportunities.
