CMR & Design-Build Procurement
Bricker attorneys Mark Evans and Laura Bowman will review the procurement process for the selection of a construction manager at risk and a design-builder and will discuss key considerations for the statutory procurement process.
This webinar has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.25 total CLE hours instruction. Additionally, 1.25 hours of Ohio Engineering CPD credit will be available upon request.
