The Index for Monitoring Reforms (iMoRe) equals +0.6 points for the period from Jan. 20 to Feb. 2 2020, with possible values ranging from -5.0 to +5.0. In the previous round, the index was +1.1 points. Main event of the round is launching procurement of medicines via the newly established the state-owned enterprise – Medical Procurements of Ukraine.
