Rumo, which is based in Curitiba, Brazil, provides logistic services throughout Brazil for rail transportation, port elevation and warehousing. Rumo is “one of the largest such logistics companies in Latin America. Rumo’s asset base consists of over 8,700 miles of track. Through its logistics services and established asset base, Rumo transported more than 56 billion revenue ton kilometers (RTK) in 2018.”

As part of the agreement, VisioStack will deliver services to Rumo via its RailLinks® platform, which is a cloud-based service that specializes in handling Big Data.

“We are excited to partner
with a progressive railway like Rumo,” said Zachary Garner, VisioStack CEO. “Our
software solutions will provide them significant benefit by facilitating their
inspection and planned track maintenance processes.”
