People Help People Inc., will hold a Veterans and Community Food Distribution event on Saturday, October 24 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Alexander Park, 300 Atlanta Street in McDonough.
The event is being hosted by the Veterans Support Group and is for Henry County veterans and residents. Participants will be asked to remain in their cars while volunteers provide them with a bag of food and essential items. Supplies are available on a first-come first-served basis.
