MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Two workers caught under rubles after the shop gallery collapse at the Norilsk concentration plant died, a source in emergency services told TASS on Saturday.
“Two individuals that are under rubbles so far died. Attempts are made to lift them out,” the source said.
