Trumpf appoints Annette Doyle as its new Vice President of Technical Service

Trumpf Inc., the North American subsidiary of Trumpf GmbH & Co. KG, Ditzingen, Germany, has appointed Annette Doyle as its new Vice President of Technical Service. In the role, Doyle will be responsible for customer service, spare parts and training.

Doyle joined Trumpf Inc., in 2002 as a project engineer in the service department. Since that time, she has held several management positions, head of machine assembly being among them. 

In 2015 Doyle was appointed Managing Director of Trumpf Great Britain, a position she held for three years. In 2018, she returned to the USA as national service director.

Doyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and mechanical engineering as well as a

Master of Science in technology management from universities in the USA and Germany. She has been

recognised by Deloitte and The Manufacturing Institute, University of Phoenix, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers with a Woman in Manufacturing STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) award for excellence and leadership in manufacturing.

In her new role, Doyle will apply her technology and management expertise to further advance the

service experience for Trumpf customers throughout North America. 

As part of this transition, Jim Rogowski, Vice President of technical service for Trumpf Inc., from 2014 to 2020, has joined the sales team as regional sales manager for machine tools. 

In this role, he will be responsible for the direct sales management of the New England states as well as the management of Trumpf’s sales representative company, Mid Atlantic Machinery, in the states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and parts of New York.
