The Richmond News started off the New Year quietly, but perhaps it was a little too quiet for the distribution team.
They found out emails directed at them were being quarantined with some not being received at all, explained Kristene Murray, Richmond News’ distribution manager.
“We apologize to anyone who has emailed us and didn’t get a reply,” said Murray.
“Some emails were coming through, so we didn’t realize there was an issue in the beginning.”
The IT department has been contacted and hopes to fix the problem as soon as possible.
