Supply Chain Strong No Need to Panic Buy

Don’t panic at the grocery store because grocers around the state say the local supply chain for food is strong. Thousands of people around the Yakima Valley and the state rushed to local stores on Sunday as the state prepared for another round of lockdowns.
Costco in Union Gap saw big crowds and a long line when it opened on Sunday morning similar to Costco stores throughout Washington State.

Grocers say don’t panic there’s plenty of food and toilet paper for everyone and no need to stock up.
Safeway and Fred Meyer and Walmart have announced purchase limits on some items including toilet paper and paper towels to keep items on the shelf.
