The most recent one could be chicken tenders.
Chicken tenders take more time and energy to process and package compared to other types of foods.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture also recently reported that the price per pound for chicken breast has gone up to $3.98. This is one dollar higher than this time in 2020.
The reason for prices rising is that supply is not meeting demand.

Big companies are reacting to the news as well, as McDonald’s removes tenders from their menu temporarily.
KFC stopped advertising for tenders to slow demand for the menu item.
