The event, held on November 4, 2020, outlined the development of Magnox’s delivery approach for new site specific decommissioning strategies and attracted 500 delegates from large and small businesses.
The next phase of engagement with the supply chain will be a series of sessions designed to seek input from the supply chain.
The ‘ideas2input’ sessions will focus primarily on:
- Programme and project delivery
- Waste management
- Dismantling/demolition
Sessions will be used to shape Magnox’s supply chain strategy, technical solutions and programme delivery approach.
