Qualification Summary
GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-14, in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is defined as:
Examples of specialized experience include performing extensive program management which includes being responsible for the full range of procurement and grant policy development at a Federal agency, and have experience managing day-to-day operations and policy oversight. The incumbent must have extensive leadership and supervisory experience. The incumbent must be proficient in interpreting regulations, applying existing policies and standards, and developing policy clarifications. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills are essential.
