Stac Material Handling announces new president

Kim Schroeder, CEO of Stac Material Handling, Inc. announced the promotion of Matt Werner to president. 

Werner will execute the strategic growth initiatives of Stac involving advanced technology around material handling systems.

“I am very fortunate to be a part of this team and excited to lead Stac’s organizational direction and capabilities development. Our company is comprised of the most talented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside,” said Werner. “Our focus into advanced technology is unlike others in our industry. We will expand our footprint with the integration of conveyor systems as well as new technologies in the manufacturing and distribution industries.”

Werner has been with Stac for the last six years. Previously he held the position of vice president of sales and operations. 

He graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Administration and then gained a Master of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and management.
