Traffic into the city is picking up, with some logistics experts seeing activity returning to about 80% of levels seen before Shanghai’s COVID-19 lockdowns. The trucking situation in Shanghai could return to normal within the next one to two weeks, digital freight forwarder Flexport Inc. said in an emailed reply to queries.
