Senior Manager In-Season Response Supply Chain (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated person to strengthen our BOSS Menswear Business Unit as soon as possible.
What you can expect:
- Key interface to global vendor portfolio for the identification, allocation and production monitoring for all in-season production
- Independently manage capacity and lead-times across the vendor portfolio for all kind of products and brands
- Implement and optimize a leftover management that is ensuring both a high level of realization of market requests as well as a continuous reduction of the overall leftover amount
- Continuous optimization of supply chain set-up and material process to enable shorter lead-time and cost improvement
- Process mapping, concepts, testing, manage implementation
- Independently coordinate and manage relevant interfaces (e.g. Creative Management for in-season creations) to ensure time and quality conform product realization
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and related in-depth expertise within the areas of operations & supply chain management
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and requirements of the relevant customers and stakeholders in product development, operations, production and supply chain
- Strong sense of entrepreneurship including customer-centricity, end-to-end process thinking and focus on profitability
- Excellent project management skills to lead and drive cross-departmental progress
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and pays close attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
