Marcaim MLA Ramkrishna Dhavalikar has alleged a scam in procurement of milk from outside the state. Goa Dairy procures around 60,000 liter of milk from local farmers at Rs 33 per liter and a tanker of around 12,000 liter of milk from Karnataka at Rs 36 per liter while milk from Maharashtra is available at Rs 30 per liter. “Where is this Rs 6 per liter going?” he questioned.
