Sandymark plans €60m industrial park in Navan | Ireland

A company associated with developers behind the Greenogue Business Park in Dublin is planning to build a €60 million industrial park in Navan, Co Meath.

Sandymark Investments said the decision to build the park, which will comprise eight warehouses, was driven by a shortage of warehousing space and zoned land in the capital and a rising demand for distribution centres as a result of Brexit and Covid-19.

“The regeneration of traditional warehousing locations along the Naas Road, Tallaght and Ballymount is also making people look to where they will need to move to in the short to medium term,” Con McCarthy, chief executive of Sandymark, said.

The company has also submitted an application for a €100 million logistics park in Mitchelstown in Cork, is progressing
