To the Editor:
Bravo to the process and the execution regarding the vaccinations being administered at New York State Expo Center.
The operators who help set up appointments were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
They seemed happy to be getting people registered. I have been involved in getting several people their appointment.
The staff at the site was so professional and efficient. Whomever set up layout and training did an excellent job.
As one of the Salk Polio vaccine kids, I feel so blessed and grateful to have received my first dose.
Looking to the day that everyone can get theirs!
Thank you, federal and New York state governments, for getting us closer to ending this horrific disease.
