Saginaw’s Hamilton Home Bakery, a local favorite, closing after decades in business

SAGINAW, MI — After decades spent serving freshly-baked doughnuts, birthday cakes and other sweet treats to a loyal customer base, Saginaw’s Hamilton Home Bakery is closing its doors to the public.

The morning of Wednesday, Dec. 22, was a busy one at the bakery, owned by Chuck and Diane Kemerer, as news of their plans to close spread throughout the community.
