Remaining Magic Chef Factory Building To Be Rehabbed Into Kings Hill

Third Man Development plans to rehab 4914 Daggett dubbed Kings Hill into 48,000 square feet of office space, 175 parking spaces, and a 3,000 sf courtyard. Building acquisition $2M, construction cost $10M. Board Bill 125 before the Board of Aldermen would grant a 10-year 85% tax abetment with estimated present value of $1.468M. It goes before the LCRA board next week.

Kings Hill is next to the La Collina development in what remains of the Magic Chef factory complex.
