Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting contract development, negotiation, and administration services in pre-award and post-award stages for procurement of commercial supplies and services such as contracts for equipment, engineering and scientific studies, research and development for specialized equipment or components. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-9) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector reviewing contract Pre-solicitation negotiations documents for procurement of commercial supplies and services for an organization.
