Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
Surf Marketing
- Liaising with photographers and digital creators on team content, delivering to relevant business units
- Wholesale and distributor marketing communication
- Marketing Calendar Planning and support
- Surf content planning and execution – team riders, model launches and collaborations.
- Launches and Events support
Lifestyle / New Category Marketing Coordination
- Wholesale and distributor marketing communication
- Managing Marketing Calendar
- Product seeding and relationship management
- Lifestyle / New Category content planning and execution – campaigns, lookbooks, social and collaborations.
Social Media
- Organising and arranging posting schedule and SM media digital event activity
- post scheduling and copywriting
- Communications and sales support via SM channels.
- Creating content on-site at HS brand HQ and during relevant project events and opportunities
- Reporting monthly on stats, results and tailoring plans accordingly
Publicity and Communications
- Surf Media liaison and support
- Surf launch strategy and media ad spend coordination
- Development of copy and press material
Online and Digital Marketing Support
- Work alongside online manager across digital ad spend and content creation ● data analytics for digital marketing results
- copywriting and online editorial
- Paid social media advertising and management
- Email marketing – managing weekly campaign sends and automated flows
Partner Relationships and Special Projects
- Working with the directors to foster and coordinate key partner relationships and sponsorships
- Content creation and delivery
Graphic Design, photography, digital / video editing experience and a key understanding of Adobe CC preferred.
