A federal judge’s recent order has breathed new life into a dispute between a Missouri liquor wholesaler, its rival distributor and Jägermeister.
In a Nov. 15 order, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey denied Jägermeister’s motion to dismiss nine counts brought against it by Major Brands in an amended complaint earlier this year.
