Opening day for the Cubs’ Marquee Sports Network is marred for some by distribution glitches

“Most watched” means already seen: Marquee’s rain-delay programming appears to be a step up from cutting to a rerun of “Walker, Texas Ranger,” already in progress. But “Best of Cubs YouTube,” a collection of the most-watched video clips the team put online a year or so ago, already seems worn out.
