NSE, BSE say trading smooth after reports of glitch emerge

National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday said that all the operations on the NSE platforms are functioning smooth and normal after reports surfaced about a technical glitch.

Online trading platform HDFC Securities resumed trading in NSE cash after a technical glitch halted its operations in the early trade today.

HDFC Securities had blocked trading in NSE cash due to a snag at around 10 AM today.

“We request our customers to place cash orders on BSE. All other segments are working fine, “HDFC Sec tweeted.

India’s other prominent exchange the BSE clarified there were no issues on fresh orders or square-offs at BSE.

Ashish Chauhan, CEO of BSE tweeted: “All market segments are working normal today.”
