Novelis Appoints Roxana Molina as Chief Procurement Officer

Novelis Inc. announced today, the appointment of Roxana Molina as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of the company.  She will serve on the Executive Committee and report to CEO Steve Fisher.  “Roxana’s impressive global experience managing thousands of suppliers while delivering record cost savings in challenging business environments will make her an excellent addition to Novelis,” said Fisher. “Her proven track record and leadership, specifically within the automotive industry, will help us achieve our strategic goals and better compete with steel and other materials.”

Previously, Roxana served as Global Purchasing Director of Engine and Powertrain installations at Ford.  “Novelis is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and I’m eager to lead the procurement function as we build on the success this team has already achieved,” said Molina. “My goal is to ensure we execute optimal category management strategies and best supplier relationships to better serve our customers and create value for our business.”
