Northrop Grumman plans to fly Spacex freight on Cygnus on Valentine’s Day !!! Today NASA reports, there will be no Valentine’s day mission at the ISS!

Today NASA reports, there will be no Valentine’s day mission at the ISS.

At least 24 hours were postponed for the launch of the Northrop Grumman Antares Racket bearing an uncrewed cargo ship from Cygnus loaded with essential goods including some candy, cheese, and other therapies for astronauts. The new start time is 15:21.

The NASA Flight Facility (Wallops Island, Virginia), EST (2021 GMT), is set for Saturday (February 15). The Antares rocket and Cygnus spacecraft remain healthy.

You will see Cygnus launch on the website of Cygnus live here and Space.com’s webpage, courtesy of NASA Television. NASA webcast should start at 2:45 p.m., EST (1955 GMT). The launch of Cygnus is the only way that it will function.

It will supply Cygnus NG-13 7,600 lbs. (3,400 kilograms) the three-man Expedition 62 crew, which is on the space station when it arrives the next week, has research tools, food, and other supplies.

The food packed features some wonderful bacon flies for astronauts, including three forms of hard cheese (by request), Lindt chocolates for the February weekend, and other candies (chili chocolate and sea salt flavor).

If all goes well, the spacecraft of Cygnus will arrive early Tuesday (February 18) at the International Space Station.

Northrop Grumman and NASA attempted initially on Sunday (February 9) but failed to launch the cargo flight because of a ground sensor accident in the final minutes. Dismal weather prevented subsequent attempts at the launch site during the week.

NASA officials said that the Saturday weather forecast remains vague, with an 85% probability of good starting conditions. The SpaceX Northrop Grumman delivery flight Cygnus NG-13 on Saturday.

On February 14, 2020, NASA’s Pad-0A Wallpapers Flight Facility on Wallops Island, Virginia, is hung up with the Northrop Grumman Antares, bearing the Cygnus NG-13 cargo ship.
