Mexican company Auronix receives $14.5M investment from Alloy Capital

The Mexican company Auronix has received a $14.5M investment from Alloy Capital, a U.S. fund.

Auronix provides a software for companies to automate customer communication through conversational messaging solutions. The company is an official messaging partner of Meta, Google and Apple. 

Auronix automates customer engagement processes for companies through various channels, including WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Apple Messages, and more. It receives clients from several industries, including telecommunications, banks, retail and logistics. One of its most renowned clients is the Latin American unicorn Rappi.

 Although the company was founded in Mexico, it is also present in Colombia and Argentina.

Alloy Capital’s investment was done through a structured credit, and with this capital, Auronix will seek to expand with sustained growth and increase the company’s profitability.
