Man Operates Drug Factory In New London: Police

NEW LONDON, CT — A New London man, Pedro Feliciano, 54, of Blinman Street, is accused of operating a drug factory, police said.

At 12:23 p.m. Friday, New London Police Department narcotics officers served a narcotics related search and seizure warrant at a Blinman Street apartment. Police found and seized 6.1 grams of crack cocaine packaged for street level sales and an assortment of drug paraphernalia, police said in a news release.

Feliciano is charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a drug factory.
