The Marshall License Office recently awarded grants to 18 different nonprofit entities in Marshall. The total amount granted was $37,578. The state requires license bureaus to give back to their communities. Any organization hoping to be selected next year should contact License Office Manager Crystal Newsome, who will add their name to the board for selection.
Organizations receiving awards this December included The Dream Factory (top), which received $3,000 and Fitzgibbon Hospital (bottom), which received $3,000.
