We’ll be looking for you to manage and oversee legal review and negotiations of third-party vendor contracts, and real estate matters.  You will review and negotiate vendor contracts that include professional services, master services, and software agreements such as SaaS.  You will support the company on an enterprise-wide scale to ensure legal contractual protections are in place and in compliance with corporate policies. You’ll support the company’s real estate leasing activities across the globe.  You will work with employees at various levels and with limited supervision.

For such a detail-driven role, you will have a minimum of 6 years of third-party vendor contract negotiations and a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate leasing experience, preferably within a corporate environment.  You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in a related subject and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.  You will demonstrate experience describing basic legal concepts in clear and understandable language to internal clients, as well as conducting legal research and fact gathering, with a strong analytical background. You’ll also possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients and act as a liaison between business units and outside counsel.
