
A warrant has been served on a Knoxville man alleged to have distributed methamphetamine. On May 11th, Knoxville officers executed a search warrant in the 100 block of South 2nd Street, where 37-year-old Robert Dean Denneson was located. Upon questioning by the officers, Denneson admitted to possessing methamphetamine and marijuana in the residence. He also told officers that he distributes small quantities of the meth to other individuals. Officers located substances in the residence which field tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana. Also located in the residence was a digital scale with drug residue and drug paraphernalia.
Denneson faces numerous felony drug charges, including possession and trafficking. Bond is set at $27,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, July 8th.
