There is truly nothing better than the smell of freshly brewed coffee at any time of the day.

Whether you’re preparing for an afternoon study session, rushing to work, or need an extra push of caffeine to get you through a Monday morning meeting—Pallet Coffee Roasters is here for you.

With its newest location and official headquarters now open in Vancouver’s Railtown (395 Alexander Street), getting your specialty-coffee fix is even easier. The Pallet HQ brews aromatic cups of coffee with beans from plantations in Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Brazil, which are then roasted on site.

Light bites, like muffins, cookies, and croissants, are also sold at the location for peckish guests.

Pallet Coffee Roasters

Established in Vancouver in 2014, Pallet Coffee Roasters has conquered the coffee scene with locations on Kingsway, Oak Street, Semlin Drive, Howe Street, and West Broadway in Kitsilano. The local company aims to bring “coffee love” to the community, by sharing its passion and knowledge with customers.

Through partnerships with farmers and producers, Pallet Coffee Roasters is able to build sustainable long-term relationships with the people who are an imperative part of production. The company strives to showcase the hard work and dedication of the farmers, families, and communities behind each beloved cup of java.

Coffee connoisseurs can enjoy a cup of joe at any of the six locations or purchase packages of the roasted beans through its website.

The ambiance at the newfangled HQ provides guests with a sense of relaxation as they sit down and enjoy their coffee. The high ceilings, exposed beams, copper fixtures, and large windows at the café will pique the interest of coffee fanatics who also appreciate sleek décor.

The Pallet HQ and roastery are open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Additionally, the team at the new location offer coffee tastings to share their love for coffee with others.
