I moved to London in February but still also reside in Dallas and was just in Dallas two weeks ago. I initiated a trade in of the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9”.
Apple offered $655 gift card. I go to the Dallas Galleria Mall Apple Store to trade it in and the rep says “you should use it on the plane ride back to London and trade it in there for the equivalent”.
I go to the London Regent Store, they offer £370 which is $464. They won’t honor the price I was given and the information I was told.
I’ve talked to the store manager and Apple support.
Nobody will honor the price and lie / misinformation I was given.
Not sure what to do here? Am I basically screwed out of $200?
