Interim IT Senior Procurement Manager| Remote | £500 per day OUTSIDE IR35 | 6 Months
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a leading Public sector organisation with national presence to recruit an Interim IT Senior Procurement Manager within the Digital Healthcare team.
This organisation requires on site presence 2 days per month, with additional travel expenses provided.
This position would be ideal for an individual with extensive NHS digital healthcare procurement experience, ability to manage challenging stakeholders and an availability to start within the next 2 weeks.
Role:
- Create, develop and manage a category portfolio of OJEU framework agreements within the Digital Healthcare arena
- Build and manage internal and external stakeholders and develop strong supplier relationships
- Develop and implement short and long-term category strategies
- Manage a range of projects, help to influence procurement choice, and offer support to wider stakeholders
Person:
- An expert in PCR2015 and up to date procurement legislation
- IT and Digital market and category knowledge
- Previous experience within the NHS would be extremely advantageous
