Jackson Healthcare LLC failed to show that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement improperly excluded it from a nearly $3 billion procurement for medical staffing support services, according to a GAO decision released Thursday.
The company argued that the agency engaged in unequal treatment because Jackson’s evaluation ratings can’t be materially distinguished from those of firms whose proposals were included in the competitive range.
This argument was based on “unsupported and erroneous assertions” that none of its rivals in the competitive range were more highly rated than it, or that the difference in ratings was immaterial, the Government Accountability Office said. …
