Thank you for always keeping us up on all the latest, good and bad.
I have a question…how are other dealers handling the new return policy on PayPal, with their customers making returns?
Since they are not returning all the fees, how do we pass this to the customers without getting them too pissed off.
I do not think it is fair, but I know I cannot afford to eat them.
