IRWINDALE, Calif. — Importer/wholesaler Horizon Tire Inc. is releasing two new products to the U.S. market: The Crossmax PLT touring tire; and the Sotera MTR medium-truck steer tire.
The Crossmax, which will be available in 50 sizes initially, will be available in early July, while the Sotera MTR is available now in 25 sizes.
The Crossmax features 24 sizes with a touring tread, fitting rim diameters of 14-inches to 19-inches. The HT tread will fit rim diameters from 15-inches to 19-inches.
The product comes with a 60,000 limited mileage warranty, road hazard protection and a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
The Sotera is available in steer, close shoulder drive, open shoulder drive and trailer service treads, with fitments between 17.5 inches to 24.5 inches, with ply ratings of 14 and 16. Horizon said it is a heavy-duty tire with deep tread construction.
