Hand Sanitizer Co. Settles $2.5M Suit Over Disinfectant Order

By Morgan Conley (November 18, 2021, 5:03 PM EST) — A cleaning products wholesaler secured a $2.5 million consent judgment against a hand sanitizer supplier it accused of sending it the wrong product after the wholesaler purchased thousands of bottles of surface disinfectant early in the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Georgia federal court order.

U.S. District Judge Thomas W. Thrash Jr. signed off on a roughly $2.5 million consent judgment against Solv-All Alliance Group in favor of Atlanta-based S.P. Richards Co. on Wednesday.
